RMA application

The RMA department will provide you with an RMA number after you have sent the completed form.
A processing fee of €30 will be charged for returns without an RMA number.
In addition, we charge an inspection fee of €80 per device in the following cases:
- Devices with damage that is not covered by the warranty
- Devices that do not have a defect
We reserve the right to return returns without an RMA number to the sender without processing them.
If you have received a replaced device in the meantime and have not returned the defective device to us within 9 weeks, we will charge you for the replacement device.
