Basically, your data will be processed in European data centers. In case of maintenance procedures and technical support, your personal data could be transmitted to the third country USA. In order to ensure adequate protection of your data in such cases as well, we have signed an agreement with Pipedrive EU based on EU-standard contractual clauses, which obliges the provider to guarantee an EU-compliant data protection level.

When you subscribe our newsletter, we collect and process the data you provide to us. This may include your name and your e-mail address.
The newsletters which contain the technologies provided by third parties use tracking technologies. These technologies give us the possibility to determine whether the email has been opened and which links you click.

During the access time, the technical support employee has full access to your device and can read and change several settings. The setting change may be required for the support service and is carried out in consultation with the employee.
