We are currently looking for a technical writer for our in-house developed products and solutions.
You will be responsible for the creation and revision of several operating instructions, data sheets, CE declarations, manuals and tutorials for all hardware and software solutions and functions.
To perform these tasks, you will work closely with the development team, the support team, the test division and the marketing division and examine products and solutions from different points of view and considering several application fields.

What we ask:
• Successfully completed qualification as technical writer, experience as technical writer or equivalent qualification
• Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office and Adobe
• High level of personal initiative and independent way of work
• Good ability to communicate

We are currently looking for an employee for our technical team.Together with your team colleagues, you will find technical solutions for our customers.You will organize repairs and services and support our customers and installers, also on site if required.Furthermore you will cooperate with the development division to implement testing and checking procedures and create application examples, whitepapers and FAQ.As technical expert, you will support and inspire our customers providing information about myGEKKO.
